RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, you must notify AMMETTI before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be shipped no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return the product.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all protective elements, instructions, and accessories

The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their right of withdrawal.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an error in order fulfillment, AMMETTI will cover the return shipping costs.

COSMETIC PRODUCTS

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Shampoos, hair masks, leave-in sprays, and other AMMETTI cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened, the protective seal has been removed or damaged, or the product has been used.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact AMMETTI as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Following review of your claim, AMMETTI will provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, refund, or another solution as required by applicable law.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or receiving proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
